Chuck Hays

Chuck Hays has extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations, currently serving as Chairman of the Board and CEO at The Systems Group since June 2014. Prior to this, Chuck held the position of President at Systems Contracting Corporation from January 1995 to June 2014 and at American Steel from September 1988 to December 1994. Chuck's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University, obtained between 1983 and 1987, and a high school diploma from El Dorado High School, completed from 1980 to 1983.
