Armed with a Bachelor of Arts degree, little knowledge of the world of advertising and lots of enthusiasm, I wrote to all the agencies in Singapore asking for a break...and that started my twenty year journey into the manic world of advertising and communications. I've spent the last fifteen years in China and led major accounts and offices in McCann, D'Arcy and Y&R, in Beijing and Shanghai. I've also been fortunate to have worked with many talented people around the world, but one key issue that continues to plague the industry has been Talent and even with 1.3 billion people, China is talent starved. I currently help Talent and Agency networks find a strategic fit.
