I’m a native Berliner who has worked for BBDO for thirteen years in both Germany and the US, leading network clients that included Mars, PepsiCo, Daimler, Bayer Healthcare, Wrigley and Allianz, before co-founding Global Agency Search, the consultancy division of The Talent Business specialising in agency search and selection. Headquartered in Berlin, Global Agency Search is the only agency search consultancy that has senior teams on the ground in all the key markets in the world. We deliver unparalleled global intelligence, enabling brand owners to make better informed decisions when it comes to securing game changing agency partners. We also advise agency groups on a broad range of M&A projects globally and have oversight of some of the executive search assignments that The Talent Business handles in Germany. I’m a married man and the proudest dad on this planet. When I’m not being a husband and dad, I’m a huge fan of Japanese Chanbara movies and martial arts.
