Prachi Ahluwalia

Prachi Ahluwalia is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational excellence, currently serving as a Community Member at The Talent Deck since November 2023. Previously, Prachi held key positions at Khatabook, progressing from Senior Talent Management Partner to Lead Talent Management Partner between April 2022 and July 2024. At Harappa Education, from June 2020 to April 2022, Prachi achieved significant milestones, including leading the hiring of 27 employees and 7 CXOs, automating onboarding processes, and implementing innovative employee engagement initiatives. Prachi also contributed to the Population Foundation of India as a Project Consultant and gained early experience in public relations at Avian Media. Holding a Young India Fellowship from Ashoka University and a Bachelor of Commerce from GGDSD College Chandigarh, Prachi combines a strong educational foundation with diverse professional skills and accomplishments.
