Ruchi Singh

Ruchi Singh is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across multiple organizations. Since July 2016, Ruchi has held several key positions at Servify, including Co-owner and General Manager of Human Resources, demonstrating a strong capability in talent acquisition, payroll management, and employee engagement. In addition to this role, Ruchi has been involved with The Talent Deck since June 2022, contributing to community initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at B2X Service Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. and a trainee at SMERA Ratings Ltd., where Ruchi gained valuable insights into employee surveys and exit interviews. Ruchi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Chetana's Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Thakur College of Science & Commerce.
