Shail Niazi - MBus, MA

Shail Niazi has a diverse work experience spanning over ten years. Shail is currently the Co-Founder and President/Managing Director of The Talent Games, which they joined in August 2016. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Galvico since February 2014.

From May 2012 to February 2014, Shail worked in Organization Development and Recruitment at Philip Morris International. Before that, they were the Manager of Human Resources - SKH at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from January 2011 to May 2012.

Shail's earlier experience includes working in Human Resources at Engro Foods from October 2009 to December 2010, and as an AM Human Resources at United Bank Limited from 2007 to 2009. Overall, their roles demonstrate a strong background in HR and recruiting, as well as leadership and entrepreneurship in founding and managing organizations.

Shail Niazi completed their Master of Business (M.Bus) degree with a specialization in Organizational Development from Charles Sturt University between 2005 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in International Relations from Karachi University. Shail also attended Cadet College Mastung, where they completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and Secondary School Certificate (SSC) with a focus on Science. Lastly, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Karachi.
