Anna Milbank

Anna Milbank is the Commercial Director and Co-Owner of The Talent Labs, a global membership organization focused on talent acquisition and retention. Since September 2013, Anna has played a pivotal role in providing consultancy services, training, and resources to support organizations in their recruitment efforts. Previously, Anna held positions as Principal Consultant at Randstad Financial & Professional and Senior Consultant at Contact Recruitment, specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. Early career experience includes consulting at the Angela Mortimer Group, where Anna focused on secretarial and administration roles. Anna earned a degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism from Oxford Brookes University.
