Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at The Talent Labs since June 2024, Emma leads an organization focused on enhancing talent acquisition and retention capabilities for various organizations. Previously, as Managing Director at The Forum for In-house Recruitment Managers, Emma fostered a vibrant network of over 8,800 members worldwide. Emma's career includes significant roles at Mars, BSkyB, Unilever, Best People, and Sitel, where Emma developed and implemented successful talent acquisition strategies, led talent programs, and managed large recruitment teams. Emma holds a BA Hons in French and Italian from the University of Hull.
