Maria Floud is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at The Firm and the Head of Talent Acquisition at London Early Years Foundation. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Maria previously held the position of Director of Recruitment & Marketing at Now Teach and Head of Recruitment at Police Now, demonstrating a commitment to transforming the education and policing sectors. Prior to that, significant accomplishments include creating in-house recruitment teams and executing talent projects at Grant Thornton UK LLP, where Maria managed the recruitment of over 1,500 candidates annually.
