Samantha Lee

Samantha Lee is an experienced recruitment professional with a comprehensive background in talent acquisition and team leadership. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at The Firm since March 2023, Samantha contributes to the development of the global Talent Acquisition community. As Head of Recruitment at Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP since November 2017, Samantha leads a team of 14 specialists in sourcing top talent. Previous roles include Head of Recruitment at Bond Dickinson LLP, where Samantha managed a team of seven, and a long tenure at Bond Pearce, where responsibilities spanned various recruitment management positions, including graduate recruitment. Samantha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
