Jeff St. John, PhD, is the Founder and CEO of Bluerock Social Impact Partners, a certified B Corp committed to creating tools for social impact and transformation. With extensive experience as a facilitator, coach, and leadership consultant, Jeff integrates the Enneagram into organizational development to enhance relational capacity and self-awareness. As Co-Founder and CEO of Men & Project, Jeff focuses on e-mental health and relational skill-building for men. Additionally, Jeff serves as an associate scholar/practitioner at The Taos Institute and has held various instructional roles at Mount Royal University and the University of Calgary. Jeff's educational background includes a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Twente and a Master's in Counseling Psychology from City University of Seattle.
