Charles MacKenzie

Charles Mackenzie is an accomplished NTD scientist with a robust background in veterinary sciences, holding a PhD from the University of Sydney. Currently serving as an NTD Scientist at TFGH - NTD SC since March 2017, Charles is dedicated to supporting national programs in endemic countries, enhancing patient care for those affected by NTDs, and providing vital laboratory services in Africa. Additionally, Charles focuses on improving the care and medical management of working donkeys in developing countries. Prior to this role, Charles was a professor at MSU from October 1988 to March 2017 and has continued contributing to global health initiatives through The Task Force for Global Health, Inc. since 2017.
