Prior roles include Senior Manager at Mylescars, where Arshad identified target groups and executed account acquisition strategies, and Manager at HT Media Ltd, where Arshad established a new category in the HORECA sector. Arshad also contributed to business development at Yatra Online Pvt Ltd and Office Depot, with responsibilities ranging from client acquisition to revenue generation. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Retail Management from IMIS, Bhubneshwar, and a B.B.A in Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.
