Gary Mantelli has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Gary started their career at Denny's Restaurants in 1992, where they were promoted to District Management and successfully led a turnaround. In 1997, they joined Red Robin as a General Training Manager and later became the Regional Director of Operations, overseeing a $41M region. At Red Robin Corporate Training Organization, they served as the Vice President of Training and Senior Director of Field Consulting, responsible for developing and directing training for a $1B, 28,000-employee restaurant organization. In 2011, they became the Operations Director for Stanford's Restaurants at Restaurants Unlimited. Gary then joined Tavern Hospitality Group in 2012 as the VP of Operations, and later served as COO and President and CEO. Currently, they are self-employed as the President and CEO.
