Brittany Rush

Brittany Rush is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Executive Mindful Support Specialist at The Teaching Well since July 2023. With a strong focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA), Brittany has held the position of Director of DEIA and Principal at Equitas Academy Charter Schools since August 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Teacher and Instructional Coach at KIPP SoCal Public Schools from August 2013 to July 2019 and serving as an Equity Research Analyst at the Southern Education Foundation from August 2008 to May 2013. Brittany holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University Irvine and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Oral Roberts University.
