Richard Loehndorf

Richard Loehndorf is an experienced maintenance professional with a diverse background in supervisory and planning roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Maintenance Supervisor at The Teal-Jones Group since January 2020, Richard is focused on implementing a Preventative Maintenance Program and introducing Lean Management practices. Prior experience includes Maintenance Superintendent at Fraser Surrey Docks LP, Maintenance Planner at Interfor, and Maintenance and Tooling Manager at Canada Metal (Pacific) Ltd. Richard began their career as a Machinist at PG Mills Supplies and has a solid educational foundation with a degree in Technologist, Plastics/Machinist from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and studies at the College of New Caledonia.
