Rori Floyd has extensive experience in business affairs and talent management in the advertising and entertainment industry. Rori has worked at various agencies, including The TEAM Companies, Euro RSCG/Advertising Agency, and Uniworld Group, Inc./Advertising Agency, holding roles such as Senior Vice President, Global Business Affairs, Director, and Talent Director. Throughout their career, Rori has negotiated celebrity endorsement agreements, music licenses, and talent agreements, managed budgets, secured copyright and trademark clearances, and supervised staff. Rori has also worked on freelance projects, such as booking celebrity guests for the American Black Film Festival. Rori's expertise spans over three decades, demonstrating their ability to navigate through various aspects of the industry.

Rori Floyd obtained an Associate Degree in General Studies Business Administration from Audrey Cohen College in 1989.
