Justyna Owczarek

Justyna Owczarek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and program management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Data - Delivery at The Telegraph since May 2017, Justyna has held multiple roles including Programme Manager and Scrum Master. Prior to this, Justyna worked as a Delivery Manager/Scrum Master at Durable Digital and an Agile Project Manager at MEC, among other roles focused on digital and market research. Justyna's expertise encompasses managing complex projects for FMCG companies and providing strategic consulting for technology investments in Asia. Academic credentials include a Post-graduate diploma in Development Economics and International Development from The London School of Economics, a Master of Science in International Management for China from SOAS University of London, and a BA (Hons) in Chinese with French from the University of Westminster. Justyna also pursued Chinese Language and Culture studies at Guangxi University.
