Director Of Technology - Marketing at The Telegraph

Tom Kelleher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in technology and marketing. Tom started their career as an Accounts Executive at Middle East Corrosion Technology in 2007 and then moved on to become an Assistant Language Teacher at Fukui Board of Education in 2008. In 2010, they joined Marketforce Business Media Ltd as a Senior Marketing and Database Executive, where they were responsible for managing marketing communication campaigns and database administration. In 2013, they became the Marketing Automation & Data Solutions Manager at Reed Business Information, where they worked until 2015. Tom then took on the role of Senior Marketing Operations Manager at the same company until 2017, leading a team to improve the usage of marketing automation, CRM, and data within marketing. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Senior Solutions Manager - Marketing Technology at Reed Business Information. In 2018, they joined The Telegraph as a Delivery Manager - Marketing Technology and later moved on to become the Head of Technology - MarTech until 2022. In 2022, they took on the role of Acting Director of Technology - MarTech at The Telegraph and is currently serving as the Director of Technology - Marketing.

Tom Kelleher holds a BA (hons) degree in Economics and Philosophy from Nottingham University Business School, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Tom also earned an MSc degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Edinburgh, with a duration of one year from 2006 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tom has obtained several certifications, including the IDM Award in Data Management and a Diploma in Direct & Digital Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM). Tom has also earned the B2B Modern Marketing Luminary certification from Eloqua. Tom has further acquired the Eloqua Product Master and Revenue Performance Management (RPM) Masters certifications.
