Caitlin Scholl

Caitlin Scholl is an accomplished Founding Director at FRIEND ENERGIES, a creative company established in November 2019, which engages in collaborative projects and houses a creative media studio, production, and an independent music label. Since April 2015, Caitlin has served as a Teaching Artist at The Telling Room, developing creative writing curricula and workshops for local youths in Portland. As a Co-Founder and Artistic Director of The Space We Make, Caitlin contributes to site-specific, multidisciplinary performances. Caitlin has also published several works, including "Utomia: The Legend Beyond" and "Makebelieve," alongside various roles in literary organizations and conferences, demonstrating a strong commitment to the arts and education. Educational credentials include an MFA in Creative Writing from Naropa University and a BA in Environmental Studies and English from the University of Vermont.
