Jeff Dowdell

Jeff Dowdell serves as the Senior Vice President at Telos Group, LLC since May 2021, following a tenure in a similar role at Transwestern from August 2014 to May 2021. At Transwestern, the focus was on agency leasing, property management, and capital markets, among other specialties. Prior experience includes positions at Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory, and at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) as a Senior Associate in Brokerage Services, where Jeff developed a sales campaign that significantly expanded client accounts in a challenging market. Additionally, Jeff held the role of Vice President for Marketing & Business Recruitment at FRA from 2001 to 2007, where responsibilities included increasing regional market exposure, along with earlier roles that established a pioneering online commercial real estate database. Jeff holds a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from George Mason University.
