Flavis Burroughs has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Their most recent role is as the VP Real Estate Lending at The Tennessee Credit Union since May 2022. Prior to this, they held positions such as Mortgage Department Manager and Mortgage Loan Officer at the same company.
In 2000, Flavis became the President of B and B Ministries/ The Gathering. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Platinum Financial Funding as the Area Sales Director/ Branch Manager and later as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
Before that, Flavis worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator at various companies such as PHH Mortgage, Envoy Mortgage, Volunteer Mortgage, and HomeTown Lenders from 2004 to 2014. They also served as the Vice President at Warrior Title Agency Inc in 2003 and as a Mortgage Loan Officer at First Federal Bank: Tuscaloosa AL from 2002 to 2003.
Flavis started their career as a Mortgage Loan Officer at American Dream Mortgage in 2000. Prior to that, they served as a Minister at various Church of God organizations from 1980 to 2000.
Flavis Burroughs attended Somerset Area High School from 1973 to 1976. Following high school, from 1976 to 1980, Flavis enrolled at Lee University, where they pursued a degree in Biblical Education/Business. It should be noted that Flavis did not specify whether they obtained a degree from Lee University. In 2013, Flavis obtained an NMLS License, although the institution from where they obtained this certification is unknown.
