Flavis Burroughs has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Their most recent role is as the VP Real Estate Lending at The Tennessee Credit Union since May 2022. Prior to this, they held positions such as Mortgage Department Manager and Mortgage Loan Officer at the same company.

Flavis Burroughs attended Somerset Area High School from 1973 to 1976. Following high school, from 1976 to 1980, Flavis enrolled at Lee University, where they pursued a degree in Biblical Education/Business. It should be noted that Flavis did not specify whether they obtained a degree from Lee University. In 2013, Flavis obtained an NMLS License, although the institution from where they obtained this certification is unknown.
