Charles Luu

Charles Luu has over 25 years of extensive experience in the retail and merchandising sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Bellaire since 2016, Charles has held various leadership roles, including Director positions at Macy's, where significant contributions were made to customer strategy and merchandising analytics. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Saks Fifth Avenue in various planning and buying capacities, as well as roles at Neiman Marcus and Photo Services of Austin. As an established member of The Terry Foundation, Charles has also contributed as an Advisory Board Member and held several leadership positions within the Alumni Association. Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
