Kate Peacock

Kate Peacock's work experience includes serving as the Human Resources Director at The Texel Group since December 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of People Operations at Flagstone from August 2020 to December 2020. From January 2018 to August 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at 23 Capital, focusing on finance and solutions in the Sports, Music, Entertainment & Lifestyle sectors. Before that, they were a Vice President, Human Resources at Nomura Securities from September 2008 to November 2017. Kate also worked as an HR Generalist at Lehman Brothers from July 2006 to September 2008 and as an HR Advisor at Société Générale Asset Management from 2002 to 2006.

Kate Peacock completed their BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Northampton between 1997 and 2001. Kate further pursued a CIPD degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from BPP University from 2002 to 2005.
