Randy Baker is a prominent figure in the theatrical community, serving as Co-Artistic Director and Co-founder of Rorschach Theatre since 1999, where innovative design and immersive storytelling are central to the company’s productions. Additionally, Randy has been a faculty member at The Theatre Lab School of the Dramatic Arts since 2013 and has contributed as a playwright and director across various theaters since 1998. Notable works include "Forgotten Kingdoms," a winner of multiple awards, and commissioned pieces like "Medea: A Teenage Revenge Tragedy" for the Theatre Lab Summer Acting Institute for Teens. Educationally, Randy holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Goddard College and a BA in English Literature from the University of Richmond, along with experience teaching at several institutions, including The George Washington University and American University. Randy served as the Regional Representative for the Dramatists Guild of America from January 2020 to January 2023.
