Lance Hill

Lance Hill has over 23 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Lance started their career as the Manager of Clinical Operations at NovaCare Rehabilitation in 1996 and then transitioned to become the State Director at Rehabworks in 1998. In 2000, Lance became the President/Owner of Insight Therapeutic Rehabilitation, Inc. Lance later joined Broussard Healthcare Consulting & Synergy Care in 2007 as the Vice President. In 2009, Lance joined The Therapy Center as the Director of Compliance and was later promoted to Executive Vice President in 2015.
