Janice Castro

Janice Castro is currently a Member Support Specialist at Point32Health, having started in December 2021, where responsibilities include independently resolving complex member inquiries regarding medical coverage. In addition to this role, Janice has extensive experience as a Group Fitness Instructor at various organizations, including West Suburban YMCA, The Thoreau Club, and the YMCA of Greater Boston, among others, demonstrating a strong background in fitness instruction. Prior to Point32Health, Janice worked as a Commercial Member Services Representative at Tufts Health Plan and as a Patient Services Representative at Emerson Hospital. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Fitchburg State University.
