Daryl Simon

Daryl Simon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2014, Daryl worked as a Constituent Services Representative for Congressman Steve Israel in the U.S. House of Representatives. In 2015, they served as a Communications Fellow at the Rodel Foundation of Delaware. This was followed by a legal internship at Jacobowitz & Graziano, LLP in 2016. In the same year, Daryl also took on roles as Election Central Coordinator and Delaware Debates Production Assistant at the University of Delaware Center for Political Communication. They then became the Chapter President of Alpha Epsilon Phi Sorority from 2016 to 2017. Daryl interned as Legislative Affairs Intern at the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce in 2017. In the same year, they joined the UJA-Federation of New York, where they held the positions of Senior Development Assistant, Stewardship Coordinator, and Stewardship and Marketing Specialist. Daryl worked as a Healthcare Assistant at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO / Operations Coordinator at The Tie since June 2022.

Daryl Simon attended the University of Delaware from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Policy. In 2015, they had a brief study experience at the Anglo-American University in Prague. Prior to their university education, Daryl completed their high school education at Plainview-Old Bethpage John F. Kennedy High School.
