Heidi Pickett

Heidi Pickett is currently the Chief of Staff & Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at The Tie, a leading provider of information services for digital assets. Prior to this, Heidi held positions at Algorand as Chief of Staff and at MIT Sloan School of Management as Assistant Dean for the Master of Finance Program. Heidi has a strong background in finance, management, and strategic planning, with experience at State Street in various leadership roles. Heidi holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from Bentley University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bryant University, as well as additional certifications in Islamic Finance.
