Previously, Karen worked at Huntswood for 17 years, where roles included Complaint Handler and Senior Business Reviewer, focusing on various projects involving complaint resolution and root cause analysis. Prior experience includes positions at John Scott & Partners Ltd as a Compliance Assistant and at Save & Invest Financial Planning Ltd as a Trainee IFA. Karen is actively pursuing a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University.
