Ben Koester

Ben Koester is a Quality Advancement Manager at The Timken Company, overseeing the quality department of the Bucyrus, OH plant since July 2021. With a background in aerospace quality as a Sr. Quality Engineer, Ben has managed customer complaints, supplier quality issues, and audits. Ben's experience includes roles focused on supply chain and quality, where initiatives led to significant improvements in auditing systems and supplier relations. Prior internship experiences at PepsiCo and The Timken Company provided additional expertise in project management, cost savings, and quality engineering. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
