Diego MacArio

Diego Macario is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and logistics within the lubrication industry. Currently serving as President of Groeneveld-BEKA at The Timken Company since February 2020, Diego leads the global Groeneveld-BEKA business, previously holding the role of COO overseeing group plants within the lubrication division. Prior to the acquisition by The Timken Company in 2017, Diego was COO at Groeneveld Lubrication Solutions, where responsibilities included managing operations and logistics, as well as serving as Managing Director of Groeneveld Italia SrL and Statutory Director of Gintec Active Safety LTD. Diego's earlier roles include EMEA Controller and CFO positions in Italy and the Netherlands, and leadership as President of Federmanager Bergamo. Diego's educational background includes an Executive Program in Operations and Manufacturing Management from SDA Bocconi and an MBA in Economics from CUOA Business School, along with a Master of Science in Economics from Università Bocconi.
