Ioana Savin

Ioana Savin has over 20 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Product Design for Spherical Roller Bearings at The Timken Company since October 2003, where technical expertise and leadership are provided to a team of engineers. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Product Design Engineer at The Timken Company focused on industrial bearing design and new product development, as well as working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at S.C. PROGECO ROMANIA S.R.L. and an engineer at UM Plopeni. Ioana also has a background in education, having taught Mechanical Engineering at Grup Scolar Energetic Ploiesti. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitatea „Transilvania” din Brașov and a Bacalaureat in Mathematics and Physics from National College "Mihai Viteazul" Ploiesti.
