Richard A. Dauch

Richard A. Dauch has extensive experience in engineering and management roles within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Managing Director at Timken Canada since July 2012. Previously, Richard held various positions at Timken, including Operations Manager and Global Account Manager, managing significant customer relationships across multiple industries. Earlier internships at AAM and Acument Global Technologies provided foundational experience in production supervision and application engineering, where collaboration with international teams enhanced skills in product design and German language proficiency. Richard holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and dual bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and Economics from Butler University.
