Sanjay Mishra has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing leadership, currently serving as General Manager at The Timken Company since September 1995, where responsibilities include leading a team of over 60 engineers and overseeing strategic projects to enhance global capacity while implementing LEAN methodology for improved productivity and cost efficiency. Previous roles at The Timken Company include Assistant General Manager for Operations and Manufacturing Advancement, along with a pivotal position as Divisional Manager, where significant improvements in operational efficiency were achieved. Prior to joining The Timken Company, Sanjay Mishra was a Senior Engineer at Usha Martin Limited after progressing through the ranks from Graduate Engineer Trainee. Educational credentials include a Postgraduate Degree in Operation Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Karnatak University.
