Sebastian Thomas has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at THE TORCH DOHA since August 2017. Previously, Sebastian held the position of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh from December 2015 to June 2017, and Restaurant Manager at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar from December 2014 to August 2015, overseeing operations for In Room Dining and Pool services. Sebastian’s career also includes a significant tenure at Doha Marriott Qatar as Assistant Restaurant Manager, managing daily operations of the all-day dining restaurant and focusing on staff training, menu planning, and guest feedback. Early in their career, Sebastian worked as a Waiter at Sheraton Gulf Doha from November 1994 to June 1999. Educational qualifications include a Certified Food and Beverage Manager from the International Hospitality Institute, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Jaipur National University, and a diploma in Hotel & Catering Management, alongside other certifications.
