Donna M.e. Banks

Donna M.E. Banks, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Development at The Town Hall and holds the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor at CUNY New York City College of Technology. As the Founder of Reimagining DEIB, Donna has been instrumental in promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives since April 2022. Additionally, experience as Curator and Writer in freelance projects since June 2012 underscores a commitment to the arts and cultural identity. Previously, managerial roles included Director of Development and DEIB Chair at Brooklyn Music School and involvement in Global Programs at Baruch College. Donna's academic qualifications include a PhD from Universitat de Barcelona in the construction and representation of cultural identities, along with two M.A. degrees in History and Art History from Temple University and Howard University, respectively, and a Bachelor's degree in Art History & Museology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
