Jim Gauker

Jim Gauker has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Jim is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at The Townsend Corporation since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the CFO at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative, Inc from April 2013 to April 2022, where they managed accounting for a full-service COOP and implemented a new ERP system. Before that, they served as the Controller at Kalmbach Feeds, Inc. from April 2011 to April 2013. Jim also has experience as a CFO at Delta Brands from October 2009 to April 2011, where they successfully negotiated debt reduction with lenders. Jim also served as the President of Congress Drives from June 2008 to October 2009 and as an independent consultant from June 2005 to May 2008, where they handled negotiations and ensured efficient business operations. Jim's earlier experience includes working as the CFO and GM at Separators, Inc. from April 1999 to May 2005, where they managed high-speed centrifuge remanufacturing and reversed engineered parts.

Jim Gauker holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana Wesleyan University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Purdue University. Jim also obtained their High School Diploma from Tri High School, where they graduated as the Valedictorian. Jim'shigh school education focused on College Prep.
