Michelle Molin

Michelle Molin has extensive work experience in executive leadership positions, legal counsel, and risk management. Michelle has served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal & Risk Officer, and General Counsel for The Townsend Corporation, where they developed key strategies for the business and supervised a team responsible for human resources, risk management, and facilities management. Michelle has also served as a Board Member for N.G. Gilbert Services, LLC, a company providing electrical line construction and maintenance services. Additionally, Michelle Molin has worked as the General Counsel & Executive Vice President for Arcadia Healthcare, where they were responsible for legal and administrative matters. Michelle has also worked as a Partner at Ice Miller, where they managed legal matters for a global manufacturing company and gained experience in project management and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Manager/Sponsor Coordinator for PacWest Racing Group, where they handled budgeting, contract management, and legal management.

Michelle Molin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Purdue University from 1988 to 1990. Michelle then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law from 1996 to 1998. In 2014, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and obtained a Certificate in Governing the Family Enterprise through Executive Education.

In addition to their degrees, Michelle Molin has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1999, they were admitted to the Indiana State Bar Association. Michelle also holds the following certifications: Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) from the American Bankers Association (obtained in April 2020), RIMS-Certified Risk Management Professional from RIMS (obtained in January 2018), Registered Civil Mediator certified by the Indiana Supreme Court (obtained in December 2016), SHRM-SCP from SHRM (obtained in August 2015), Self Insurance Certified Specialist from the Self Funding Employer Association (obtained in April 2014), and CM&AA, Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor from the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (obtained in October 2007).
