Adam Orlansky

Adam Orlansky has extensive experience in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as an Associate Partner in Special Situations Investments at The Townsend Group since 2020. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Director of Investments at Ivanhoé Cambridge from 2018 to 2020 and served as Director at Callahan Capital Properties between 2014 and 2018. Adam began a professional career at PwC in Real Estate Business Advisory Services as a Senior Associate from 2010 to 2014 and worked as an Analyst at JP Morgan Chase from 2008 to 2009. Adam's foundational experience includes a position as a Financial Analyst Intern at Forest City Ratner Companies in 2007. Adam earned a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a focus on Real Estate from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, completing the undergraduate program in 2008 and the graduate program in 2010.
