Jessica Warpehoski serves as Vice President and Chief Data Counsel at The Trade Desk, where Jessica leads a global team of seven attorneys across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific, addressing complex legal matters in the ad tech industry. With a background as Senior Director at Factual Inc. and experience at AOL Inc., Loeb & Loeb LLP, and Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP, Jessica has extensive expertise in legal risk mitigation, transactional law, and negotiating commercial agreements. Jessica's formative legal experiences include externships at the United States Attorney's Office and the United States Court of Appeals. Academically, Jessica holds a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a summa cum laude B.A. in Psychology from Brandeis University.
