Julie Kirkham

Julie Kirkham currently serves as the General Manager of Learning & Development at The Trade Desk, having joined in July 2023. Previously, Julie held multiple leadership roles at Amazon from August 2020 to July 2023, including Global Executive Leadership Development and Executive & Internal Communications Principal, where Julie led executive communications for Amazon Logistics. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Customer Experience and Chief Learning and Talent Development Officer at Seattle Children's, overseeing a large team focused on leadership development and customer experience. Julie also worked at HealthPartners in several capacities, including Vice President of Learning & Culture, where Julie led initiatives to strengthen leadership and team engagement across various healthcare facilities. Early career roles at Target spanned multiple positions in organizational effectiveness, IT services, and security governance. Julie holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, a BA in Mathematics from St. Olaf College, and further studies at the University of Galway.
