Maureen Meli

Maureen Meli is an experienced leader in talent management and HR technology, currently serving as Director of People Transformation at The Trade Desk since September 2022. Prior roles include strategic programs and operations at Twitter, and Global Lead for Talent Technology at Bloomberg LP, where responsibilities included overseeing talent management technology and enhancing existing systems. Maureen's extensive background also includes significant roles at Morgan Stanley, where as Vice President, Talent Operations and HR Business Transformation, Maureen led critical projects like the implementation of recruitment and learning management systems. Earlier experience at IBM involved consulting on organizational change strategy for large-scale systems implementations. Maureen holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in English from Providence College.
