Lauren Kirk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development, customer service, and communications. Currently serving as the Head of Community & Impact at The Trampery since October 2019, Lauren has previously held various roles within the organization, including House Manager and Partnerships & Programmes Manager, where responsibilities included fostering community engagement and coordinating social events. Prior experience encompasses positions at itsu as a Customer Communications Executive, the London Borough of Hackney as a Customer Service Officer, and in various customer service and marketing roles at Serco/Selfridges, BCC Marketing Services Ltd, and Nationwide Building Society. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management from Sheffield Hallam University and possesses a proven track record in developing customer engagement strategies, managing communications, and enhancing service delivery.
