Eric Rupp

Eric Rupp is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in structural engineering, travel, and construction. As the Founding Partner of The Transformational Travel Council since 2016, Eric authored The Transformational Travel Journal, aiming to enhance the meaningfulness of travel experiences. In 2020, Eric established The DADU, a construction company specializing in custom backyard cottages and accessory dwelling units. Previously, as Managing Director at EverGreen Escapes from 2014 to 2020, Eric successfully navigated a company ownership transition while improving operational efficiency. Eric's earlier roles included Director of Tour Operations at Universidad Privada Cumbre and Director of Operations at Swenson Say Faget, where responsibilities ranged from project management to structural design. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from Seattle University.
