Tom Fels is the Founder and CEO of Animarem, a transformation business dedicated to fostering purpose-driven growth for clients while advocating for inclusive and sustainable practices. In addition, Tom serves as the Market Builder and B Leader for B Lab in South Africa, driving economic systems change through the certification of B Corporations. Current roles also include IMAGINE Leader within a global impact community, Non-Executive Director at digital agency Rogerwilco, Executive Advisor and Purpose Coach, and Global Ambassador for the Transformational Travel Council. Previous leadership experience includes CEO positions at Singita and Nurun, as well as Group Managing Director at Publicis Machine, with a track record in establishing and growing innovative businesses. Tom's educational background includes an MBA Essentials course from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Business Science from the University of Cape Town.
