Bernard Midgley is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in managing and transforming contact centre systems. Currently serving as Technology Director - Contact Centre Systems at The Travel Corporation since October 2014, Bernard has successfully led the Genesys Engage implementation across twelve contact centres and is currently overseeing a global transformation project aimed at creating a single omnichannel platform. Prior roles include Programme Manager and Senior Project Manager at The Travel Corporation, Lead Business Analyst at Santander Consumer Finance in the UK, and Project Officer at FAO. Bernard began a career in risk management and computer audit with PwC. Holds a BA Hons in Business Decision Analysis from the University of West Of England, earned in 1994.
