Randy Yaroch has a diverse and extensive work experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Randy founded Planning Partners International - PPI Meetings and Incentives in 2004, where they served as the Founder, Owner, and Managing Director. In the same year, they also became the Owner and Managing Director of The Travel Society, LLC and RTI Journeys. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Executive at TG Worldwide Meetings & Incentives from 1997 to 2004. Randy Yaroch started their career in the industry as the Director of Marketing & Sales at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. from 1991 to 1997. Before that, they were the Director of Marketing and Sales at Marriott International from 1983 to 1991.

Randy Yaroch, CTIE, CTA pursued their Bachelor's of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. In 1982, they attended Wrexham University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management and International Business.

Furthermore, Randy Yaroch has obtained several certifications from The Travel Institute. Randy became a Certified Travel Industry Executive (CTIE) and Certified Travel Associate (CTA) in August 2015. Prior to that, they achieved the certification of Certified Travel Industry Executive in December 2013. Additionally, Randy earned the certification of Certified Travel Advisor in September 2010.
