Karen Eckert

Karen Eckert possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Agent Distribution for Personal Insurance at Travelers since August 2009. In this role, Karen is a member of the Personal Insurance Leadership team. Previous positions include Vice President of Field Sales Operations, where responsibilities included enhancing the operating environment for independent agents and sales management, and Regional Vice President for Select Business Insurance in the Northeast Region. Karen began a notable career at Allstate Insurance from 1996 to 2009, holding roles such as Assistant Field Vice President with P&L accountability and Sales Director/Assistant Vice President. Earlier contributions to Allstate Financial as Regional Market Manager highlighted Karen's leadership in underwriting, customer service, and policy processing.
