Location: This role will be remote in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii

Our Corporate Partnerships Manager is one of our key deal-makers and relationship builders. In this role, you’ll interface with executives of Fortune 500 companies to identify and initiate new contacts, establish long-term relationships, strengthen existing partnerships, and secure significant funding to support Trevor’s life-saving programs. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about our work and brings industry-specific expertise to broaden Trevor’s portfolio of corporate partners.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partnerships.
- Build relationships and trust with executives and stakeholders at Fortune-500 corporations.
- Build and carry out strategies for partnership growth in alignment to our mission.
- Project manage and track deliverables for current partnerships with stakeholders across Trevor, ensuring seamless execution to drive them to success and long-term growth.
- Oversee successful execution of cause marketing campaigns in collaboration with Trevor’s marketing and communications teams
- Help develop compelling proposals working alongside program and finance leadership. Track partnership impact against our goals in collaboration with program, finance, and marketing teams to communicate back to partners and show our progress
- Represent Trevor’s mission in presentations for corporate partners and audiences
- Be a liaison between corporate partners and internal teams by helping to align on shared vision, goals, and projects -- while navigating any challenges that may arise with a positive, solutions-orientation
- Build strong professional relationships with corporate partners leadership
- Contribute to building an evolving corporate partnership model at Trevor by identifying new ways to build, scale, and manage corporate partnerships
- Other relevant tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Nonprofit Management.
- 4+ years of experience in corporate fundraising, partnership development, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing corporate partnerships or sponsorships, with a track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with corporate executives, donors, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic fundraising plans and initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead a team of fundraising professionals.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
